If you have lost a single earring, a stone falls out or part of your jewelry is missing, and are requesting a new match, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and style number to inquire about your replacement.
From there, our repairs team will let you know the next possible steps.
Please note that if your piece has been discontinued from Charles Krypell collections, we may suggest a replacement piece of similar value from a current collection.

If there is an additional cost to repair your item, we will notify you of the charges. Once your repair is complete, we will contact you with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days before tracking your repaired item.
The best way to clean your Charles Krypell jewelry is to use lukewarm water, a mild dish detergent with no additives and a linen cloth that won’t leave fabric particles behind. Gently brush your piece with a soft brush and pat dry, to avoid oxidation.
For jewelry that has tarnished naturally over time, we suggest using a silver polishing cloth or visiting your local Charles Krypell authorized retailer.
All of the Charles Krypell silver collections are made with 92.5% Sterling Silver and 7% alloy, including copper and zinc. Tarnishing is not a manufacturing defect and can result due to chemical reactions with moisture in your skin, fragrances and soaps.

We strive to ensure that our pieces last a lifetime without the need for repair, but we understand that occasionally our jewelry needs a little TLC!
Should your jewelry need servicing or repair, we ask that you bring the item to the Charles Krypell Authorized Retailer that it was purchased from. If your piece was purchased on CharlesKrypell.com, and is in need of repair, please email email@example.com.
The Charles Krypell warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing that may occur overtime, or purchases made from an unauthorized retailer.

Upon receiving your information, a representative from our Repair Services team will let you know if the item is covered under our manufacturers warranty or what the repair costs will be. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to assess your request.
If covered, we will send you a packing slip and order number to track your repair or replacement. Please print this packing slip and include it with your jewelry return.
Please pack jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit. (We do not return original packaging, so please keep jewelry pouches and boxes.)
We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, we will gladly offer the following:
• Free return shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
• An exchange in the form of a Charles Krypell merchandise credit or a refund to the original credit card used for payment.
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order. The returned product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Any special orders, made-to-order style/sizes, products including products that have been resized, final sale products, and special event products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any packaging, shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.
If your order does not qualify within our 30-day warranty period for a full refund, we can offer you a website store credit for exchange. Any exchange with store credit must meet or exceed price of the original purchase, as credits will not be processed for remaining funds.
Charles Krypell Gift Cards and merchandise credit are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to return your merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once the return is authorized, you will be emailed a link to print a pre-paid return shipping label.
As a Guest Client:

As a Registered Client:
Please submit a return or exchange request by signing in to your ACCOUNT and visit the Order History section.
Once you receive the return request authorization email from us, please mail back the product(s) within 14 days after your request has been approved. The return package should include a copy of the packing list with your Return Authorization number, which can be downloaded from the link provided in the return request authorization email. Please be sure to attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of the box. Charles Krypell cannot be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns.
We will send you email updates regarding the status of your return request, including when your return is received at our facility and when your return is exchanged or refunded. Please be advised that it will take up to 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days of delivery for unworn merchandise. Made-to-order styles/sizes, styles marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, and shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. HOW TO ORDER YOUR RING TO SIZE
Most of our rings are made for a standard ring size US 6.5.
In the description of each ring, it is noted whether or not that specific ring can be resized. Due to the nature of certain designs, we do not guarantee that we can resize every ring for you.
If the ring you would like to purchase can be resized, we offer this as a complimentary service for all US sizes from 5 to 8.5. To order your ring and have it sized for you, please leave a 'note' at checkout.
If you need a size either smaller than US 5 or larger than US 8.5, please reach out to a member of our client services team by emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not guarantee that we can do this free of charge.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of New York, County of New York and/or the Southern District of New York. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Charles Krypell’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
